When creating your ticket, select the proper department to ensure your request is placed in the correct queue.
Step 3: Provide Details and Attach Files
Include any relevant details for our team, such as coupon codes to create, sale start and end dates, banner placement locations, and other pertinent information. Optional attachments can also be added to assist with your request.
